Brett Finch - Cluster Lead Medicines Optimisation Technician (Manchester & Trafford), NHS Greater Manchester. I have been working in medicines optimisation for over 11 years and specifically Primary care for over 8 years. I have specialised in commissioning and programme management working with a variety of health care professionals and service providers as a senior leader within NHS GM Medicines Optimisation. Through this time I have worked closely with pharmacy and dietetic professionals developing guidance and workstreams locally and for the ICB system, with a long term aim of standardising the approach to malnutrition and ensuring it sits along other co-morbidities as a priority issue for healthcare professionals to prevent and treat.
