Caroline started her career as a community pharmacist in 2009 and since 2017 she has been working with trainee pharmacists in both Wales and England. As well as being an independent prescriber, she currently works as a training programme facilitator for NHS England and Pharmacy Workforce Development South. Caroline's personal circumstances has lead her to be very passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly around the subject of neurodiversity. She is currently attending a course to become a trainer in neurodiversity and inclusion.
