Caroline Simmonite is a registered Pharmacy Technician. Since taking a secondment with HEE South and Pharmacy Workforce Development South in June 2021, Caroline has been working on the promotion of pharmacy careers to school aged children. Caroline also has a role at Dorset Healthcare where she is the lead technician for the covid-19 vaccination programme. Caroline is a keen advocate for exploring more innovative and collaborative roles for pharmacy staff and is involved in constructing a digital toolkit to support system level collaborative roles
