Chaandni Kay Sharma is a Senior GP Clinical Pharmacist across multiple Primary Care Networks across South West London. She practices as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Independent Prescriber based in Central Surgery in Surbiton and has a special interest in Cardio-Renal and Metabolic Medicine. She is an honorary lecturer at King’s College London, University of London where recently she has been awarded as an Associate of King's College London, University of London and a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. She is a also has a profound interest and passion for training and education and is an Practice and Educational Supervisor of Allied Healthcare Professionals, across the board including GP Registrars, Nurses, Pharmacists, Pre-registration Pharmacists and Students alike etc. as well as not forgetting the bread and butter role of medicines management!
