Chaandni Kay Devgon is an Associate Director and Lead Clinical Pharmacist across multiple Primary Care Networks in South West London (SWL). She also practises as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Independent Prescriber at Central Surgery, Surrey. With a specialist interest in Cardio-Renal and Metabolic Medicine, she brings extensive expertise in patient care, medicines optimisation, and clinical leadership. A passionate educator and mentor, Chaandni leads the SWL GP Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians Education and Forum on behalf of the SWL Training Hubs. As a Multi-Professional Educator, she serves as an Educational Supervisor and Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP), supporting the development of Allied Healthcare Professionals across disciplines. Chaandni is a Senior Honorary Lecturer at King’s College London, University of London, and Kingston University, and was recently awarded the Associateship of King’s College London (AKC) in recognition of her contributions to education and leadership. Committed to promoting wellbeing and professional growth, she also serves as Head of Service Strategy and Delivery at the Mental Wealth Academy, where she champions mentoring and coaching initiatives designed to help professionals move from stress to success.
