Charlotte is an accomplished clinical pharmacy leader with extensive experience across patient care, medicines optimisation and healthcare service development. Charlotte has a strong track record in driving service improvement and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through service redesign. She is particularly passionate about supporting and advocating for neurodivergent staff within Pharmacy, championing inclusive workplaces and raising awareness to ensure all professionals can thrive and contribute fully.
