After completing a degree in Pharmacy, Chris spent many of his formative years in the Pharmaceutical Sales and Management. Returning to Pharmacy in 2010 Chris worked for a number of large chain Pharmacies develop a passion and hunger for delivering Patient facing services. After completing a Prescribing qualification ( with Contraception as the speciality) in 2019 his desire for a more Clinically focussed role led to his current Senior Clinical Pharmacist position in Northampton and Blue PCN. Since completing the CPPE Primary Care Pathway in 2021 he has been involved in post graduate education and mentoring. Chris' specialism in contraception ( borne of out necessity from a high volume EHC Pharmacy store) allowed him to expand his Women’s Health interest to include HRT & Menopause and run his own menopause clinics in practice. He is currently finalising an Advance Pharmacist portfolio submission leading up to the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2024.
