Debbie has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a primary focus on the Secondary Care sector. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of senior commercial roles across major generic and branded manufacturers, as well as pharmaceutical distributors. Her expertise spans secondary care medicines procurement, hospital generics, hospital tenders, supply chain management, and distribution, giving her an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry. For the past nine years, Debbie has held the role of Director of Hospital Business and Supply Chain Partnerships at Mawdsleys, the UK’s largest independent pharmaceutical distributor. In this role, she has been instrumental in bridging the gap between hospitals and manufacturers, ensuring reliable supply, stronger partnerships, and improved patient outcomes across the secondary care space.
