Dr Jaswinder Dhap is the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer's (CPhO) Clinical Fellow with the Clinical Leadership Development Team within the NHS Leadership Academy (NHSE&I). He has extensive experience as a pharmacist in both primary and secondary care. His roles have included working in hospital pharmacy, community pharmacy, academia, practice based in GP surgeries and care homes. Alongside his clinical position, Jaswinder has recently completed his Doctor of Pharmacy (DPharm). His DPharm research project involved redesigning the service pathway for patients with Parkinson's Disease. Jaswinder is passionate about supporting and developing future pharmacy leaders. During his fellowship, Jaswinder has led the Student Leadership Ambassadors Programme and Pharmacy Technician Leadership Learning and developed and implemented CPhO's Senior Reciprocal Mentoring Programme.
