Dr. Tadros is graduated from Alexandria School of pharmacy Medicine University. He attended Sunderland University, School of pharmacy and gained Bachelor degree in Pharmacy. He worked at 2 large teaching hospital working collaborative with health care professionals to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients. In his junior years, He gained his Post – Graduate Master Degree from King’s College London in Clinical Pharmacology and Bio-Pharmacy. Then he awarded grant to study for PhD degree in metabolic medicine from school of medicine Dundee University Scotland in association with nine wells hospital. Having gained his Doctorate degree and postgraduate research. He established pioneering technique in skeletal muscle tissue culture, which provided a new model for research. He went on further and joined Warwick University to study for post graduate Diploma to include (Advanced clinical practice focus on diabetes and acute cardiac event and its complications including respiratory diseases.) He has many years’ experience in Clinical Pharmacy both as supplementary and independent prescribing pharmacist. He developed and managed four independent prescribing pharmacist led outpatient clinics, ie The pharmacist led diabetic clinic, The pharmacist led Heart Failure clinic, · The pharmacist led COPD clinic and The pharmacist led Arrhythmia clinic. These clinics were integral part of secondary care for chronic disease and medicine management. Patients are referred either by consultants or directly by GP to one of the following clinics · He is a member of many advisory boards to provide pharmaceutical industries with expertise advice on how improve and promote collaborative patient care to meet patient’s perceptions and expectations. He was a member of Diabetes UK “Specialist Section Committee Group” which played important role in developing the pharmacist led type 2 diabetes management in Primary care, and provided structured integrate care clinics for diabetes management at GP surgeries and secondary care hospital. Member of the editorial Board of the postgraduate medical journal at County Durham and Darlington Foundation NHS trust. He was the Lead pharmacist who established for the first time in the United Kingdom the In-Pharmacist led anticoagulation clinic pathways and safe monitoring INR dosing and safe transfer of anticoagulated patients. He provide national and International educational and training courses to pharmacists. These courses were accredited by the college of Pharmacy Practice and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain to deliver 3 consecutive days’ educational courses to pharmacists throughout UK to enhance their practice in chronic disease management. Such as type 2 diabetes management, Cardiac arrhythmia and anticoagulation courses. These educational courses are popular among pharmacists and accredited many pharmacists every year to manage inpatients and out patients clinics either for diabetes or anticoagulation management. Dr Tadros main research are focused in chronic disease management within cardiothoracic area and diabetes. He has many publications in different peer review journals. The main theme of his research outcome were promoting Patient focused care, early indemnification of disease, maximizing drug therapy and improve patient knowledge and skills to manage their disease is the golden standard in for positive clinical outcome. He win the most UK prestigious awards for best practice clinical pharmacist such as the General Pharmaceutical Society for consecutive 8 years and also wining different national and local awards for 5 times including BUPA medical. He enjoys Gardening, Fishing and travelling.
