Lindsay leads the Postgraduate Education Team, with oversight of the design, coordination and delivery of training programmes supporting pharmacists throughout the East of England and across all patient-facing sectors. She is also a senior clinical pharmacist at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge where she specialises in clinical education and training and maintains practice, including prescribing, in the surgical specialism. She leads the Prescribing and Therapeutics Curriculum for students of Cambridge University School of Clinical Medicine, as well as providing teaching on core neuropharmacology. Routinely, she works with NHS employers, professional bodies and commissioners of education to design and deliver the most effective, most efficient, most behaviour changing learning experiences to enhance the development of newly qualified pharmacists. She is committed to the development of autonomous, confident practitioners who uphold NHS values, make a difference to patients in the moment and are the clinical leaders of tomorrow.
