Paul works for NHS England and provides a workforce, education and training perspective to the pharmacy integration programme. He is also the East of England Head of School of Pharmacy and Medicine Optimisation. Paul has an extensive knowledge of community pharmacy and education delivery. He has been a community pharmacy owner, company area manager, branch manager and the chief officer of a local pharmaceutical committee. Paul is a former senior lecturer at the University of East Anglia with an interest in health literacy, professional practice, leadership and management.
