Emily is a front-line lead GP practice pharmacist and clinical leader, leading a team of 12 and specialising in complex cardio-renal care, medicines optimisation, and system redesign. With experience across primary and secondary care, including leadership roles, Emily focuses on reducing avoidable cardiovascular harm by closing the gap between evidence and everyday care—particularly for people with multimorbidity and long-term risk. She is actively involved in digital transformation, system redesign, operational delivery, and the education and mentoring of multidisciplinary teams at a regional and national level. Emily combines hands-on clinical practice with system-level leadership to deliver scalable, sustainable cardiovascular prevention.
