Eoghan is a research and clinical pharmacist with over six years' experience in hospital pharmacy. His clinical and research interests include health inequalities, vulnerable patient populations, and public health, with a particular focus on substance use disorders and how healthcare systems engage with people who use drugs.
He has contributed to an NIHR-funded project exploring barriers and enablers to building research capacity. At the Clinical Pharmacy Congress 2026, he will present these findings as part of a panel on the future of primary care research
