Faiza is a highly experienced education, training, and development pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS. She is an Education Supervisor at the Centre for Postgraduate Pharmacy Education (CPPE), supporting newly qualified pharmacists (NQP), Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP) learners, and advanced pharmacists in their professional development and credentialing. She also works as an Education, Training and Development (ETD) pharmacist at Barts NHS Trust, where she leads the trainee pharmacist programme. Faiza is an experienced facilitator, MBTI practitioner, and coach, with a strong focus on learner-centred education, reflective practice, and capability development. Her professional interests include workforce development and prescribing capability, and she is passionate about supporting pharmacists to progress into advanced practice roles.
