Fatema is the lead pharmacist for hepatology and liver transplant at Royal Free Hospital, London. Her passion for service development is evident through establishing the first pharmacist-led hepatology clinic at RFH, driving cross-site service change, and creating an innovative digital shared care interface to improve patient medication access. She has worked across primary, secondary, and tertiary care and has national-level experience having completed the CPhO Fellowship at NICE. Fatema has a keen interest in digital health technology and utility of AI/ML models in healthcare. She is the national pharmacist representative at BLTG and committee member of NCL Digital Pharmacy Group.
