Fazila Jumabhoy is an Associate Dean for Wider Workforce at NHS England, an advanced pharmacist, inclusion consultant and ICF-accredited coach. With a background spanning senior clinical leadership, workforce development and equity-focused practice, she brings a human-first, systems-aware approach to leadership. Fazila is the founder of Relaunch Collective, a consultancy supporting organisations and individuals across race equity, neurodiversity and parental inclusion. Her work focuses on creating cultures where people can thrive through pivotal career transitions. Drawing on both strategic and lived experience, she is passionate about inclusive leadership that moves beyond intention and delivers meaningful, measurable impact for people, teams and systems.
