Greg qualified from the University of Manchester in 1998 and since 2004 has worked clinically in Critical Care and Burns at Whiston Hospital, part of Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. He has been a pharmacist prescriber since 2007 and has a specific interest, at a local and national level, in education and training, safe prescribing and workforce development. Since 2021 he has been lead Education and Training pharmacist in his organisation implementing the use of the RPS eporfolios to support individuals development. He co-chair the Critical Care curriculum group and awarded an MBE for services to pharmacy in 2021.
