Hannah has been the Lead Pharmacist in the Emergency Department at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals since January 2019. Having a desire for hospital pharmacy from her first year in university, Hannah completed her pre-registration year at Blackpool in 2012 and has gone on to complete a clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy, prescribing qualification and Advanced Practice in Emergency Care. Hannah is currently the Vice Chair of the UKCPA Emergency Care Group. Due to the fast paced and high pressured nature of the ED, risks with medication can be high - so a focus Hannah particularly enjoys is ensuring medicines safety at all points in a patients journey.
