Clare Thomson

Training Programme Lead, Pharmacist Advanced Practice, NHS England Workforce Training and Education – South East Region
Clare works as a pharmacy lead within the regional faculty of multi-professional advancing practice of NHS England. She completed her own advanced practice portfolio journey in 2023 and alongside mentoring others, is empowered to support the growing clinical pharmacist workforce. Clare also works clinically as a lead pharmacist for a primary care network, with a specialist interest in cardiovascular disease and pro-active management of long-term conditions and polypharmacy.
