Helen has a passion for the development of the future pharmacy workforce. Helen has worked within the area of education and development within pharmacy over 15 years. In this time; Helen has been lead of the South West trainee pharmacist training programme, a training programme facilitator at NHS England. Currently Helen is the pharmacy workforce lead at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, and across Bristol,, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Helen is a wellbeing advocate within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, and has lead the wellbeing approach within the pharmacy team which Helen will share at the conference. Out of work, Helen enjoys growing vegetables, making cakes and running 10K's
