Helen Ireland

Pharmacy Workforce Lead, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston
Helen has a passion for the development of the future pharmacy workforce. Helen has worked within the area of education and development within pharmacy over 18 years. In this time; Helen has been lead of the South West trainee pharmacist training programme, a training programme facilitator at NHS England. Currently Helen is the pharmacy workforce lead at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, and across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB. Helen is a wellbeing advocate within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston, and has been pivotal in lead the wellbeing approach within the pharmacy team which Helen will share at the conference. Helen is currently undertaking a coaching apprenticeship within the NHS, and bringing together all her skills to empower others to bring change. Out of work, Helen enjoys growing vegetables, making cakes and running 10K's
