Dr Johnson is the interim Lead for Pharmacy in the East of England and a Reporting Associate Dean. She has a long history of educational innovation, working within foundation medical teams in HEE EoE and in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Her portfolio currently includes enhance generalism programme, multiprofessional education development, ICS workforce transformation developmental programmes and the medical apprenticeship programme, as well as a number of portfolio areas. She trained in obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Yorkshire region, moved to the East of England as a consultant, and has subsequently moved into full time education leadership and management.
