Helen Middleton has worked in postgraduate pharmacy education since 2003 and worked at the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) since 2015. Helen was a member of the team who led the vision, creation and development for innovative 18-month vocational training programmes for pharmacy professionals working in primary care in England. Helen led the development and implementation of a multimodal assessment strategy with multiple evidence points to provide assurance that the learner has gained knowledge, skills and behavioural insight to provide assurance of patient safety. The workplace-based assessment strategy included development and validation of the Medicines related-consultation assessment tool (MR-CAT).
