Helen is the SRO for the Interim Foundation Pharmacist Programme for HEE, and the lead Dean nationally on Pharmacy Careers, Apprenticeships, reforming Initial Education and Training for Pharmacists, and the Technician workforce. She also leads the Regional London and KSS Pharmacy Team at HEE to deliver a diverse programme of work to develop and transform the pharmacy workforce. Helen’s clinical background is in emergency and acute care, and before joining HEE was a deputy chief pharmacist in an acute and specialist NHS organisation. Her success to date lies in a passion to inspire and develop teams to create a vision to deliver patient centred services underpinned by a strategy for workforce development.
