Dr Hiyam Al-Jabr is a pharmacist by background and holds a PhD in pharmacy practice from the University of East Anglia (UEA). Hiyam is currently employed as a Research Fellow at the School of Medicine at Keele University, and as a Senior Research Associate within the Research and Innovation Department at the Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. Hiyam’s previous working experience includes leading randomised controlled trials targeting people with long-term conditions. Dr Al-Jabr other research areas and interests include patient feedback, pharmacy practice, healthcare professionals’ consultation skills, pharmacy teams’ engagement in research, and digital health.
