Jagjot has extensive experience as a hospital cardiac pharmacist and works across organisational boundaries, including GPs, community pharmacy, voluntary sector and many more. She has led on implementing innovative prevention pathways in the community across North-East London and beyond. Jagjot has interest in addressing health inequalities and is a Core20PLUS5 Ambassador. Large part of her role involves integrating pharmacy services across different sectors for improved patient access to healthcare, whether it be detection or treatment for cardiovascular disease. Jagjot holds a Masters degree in Business and Organisational Strategy and is a certified independent prescriber.
