Jason has worked in secondary care pharmacy for over 17 years in specialist clinical and leadership roles. Currently, he is an education programme director and senior manager. He is responsible for initial and post graduate education and training, audit and workforce development. As a professional development coach, Jason provides 1 to 1 coaching for people who wish to move past challenges; empowering them to become more self-aware. As the CNWL Pride Network Policy Lead and Co-Chair of APTUK Pride Branch, Jason reviews trust policies, provides LGBTQ+ awareness training, and is an active participant in the London Pharmacy EDI Champions group.
