With over 15 years of advanced pharmacy experience practicing in critical care, John Warburton has expanded his scope of leadership into senior divisional management. John employs a systems approach to develop various aspects of pharmacy and wider leadership in an acute care setting. He now leads the quality, risk and professional agendas in a hospital division that encompasses pharmacy as well as many other diagnostic and therapeutic services. John has experience in delivering organisation wide change projects, growing complex clinical services, developing workforce strategy and educational programmes. His passion is in developing others through coaching and empowering advanced clinical careers.
