Kam is the Lead Pharmacist for Frailty at Medway Medway Hospital, where she specialises in optimising medicines for older adults living with frailty. With the majority of her career spent in acute hospital practice, Kam brings extensive experience in managing complex polypharmacy, reducing medication-related harm, and supporting multidisciplinary frailty care. Kam has also worked within a Primary Care Network (PCN), strengthening her understanding of medicines optimisation across care transitions. Kam's clinical interests include bone health, sarcopenia, and deprescribing, with a particular focus on improving functional outcomes and aligning treatment with patient-centred goals of care.
