Kate is Associate Professor of Pharmacy Education & Practice at Reading School of Pharmacy. She spent 20 years as a hospital pharmacist and joined the new School of Pharmacy at Reading as a part-time Teacher Practitioner in 2005. In 2015 Kate became a full-time lecturer and relocated to Malaysia to set-up Pharmacy at Reading’s Malaysia campus. Returning to the UK campus in 2019, alongside her academic responsibilities Kate became the inaugural Chair of the School’s Sustainability Group and works with the Group, the Head of School, and the University’s Sustainability Services to identify and implement projects to improve sustainability within Health Sciences teaching at Reading.
