Katherine is Deputy Clinical Director of Pharmacy at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Trust. She has spent the the majority of her career working in acute NHS Trusts in Yorkshire and has a passion for quality improvement and championing the roles of the pharmacy team. Katherine is a firm believer in the need to continue to have a clinical role within her job plan and developing pharmacists for the future. Pharmacy Led Safari Discharge is Katherine’s latest quality improvement project looking at how the pharmacy team can improve safety, flow and patient experience at discharge in an acute NHS Trust.
