Kayleigh Davison is a Lead Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner recognised as the only pharmacist to receive the NIHR In-Practice Fellowship, combining her clinical work in General Practice with academic research. She has substantial experience in primary care and was awarded the 2024 PCPA General Practice Pharmacist of the Year. Kayleigh is an international keynote speaker and delivers workshops on clinical decision making and prescribing. Her research explores the link between polypharmacy and health literacy to improve outcomes for patients with complex medication needs. She is passionate about developing pharmacy roles across primary care and aspiring clinical academics.
