Laura is Senior Clinical Pharmacy Manager & Workforce Development Lead at South Tees Hospitals and has worked for the Trust since 2015 in an array of roles all involving Education & Training. Laura recognised her passion for education and staff development and gained a certificate in medical education from Newcastle University in 2016. Laura is the Educational Programme Director for the Trainee Pharmacist Programme and has extensive involvement with Trainee Pharmacist training and development both within her organisation, and across the North East region. Laura also has an interest in undergraduate pharmacy placements in the hospital sector, and has recently been working on making advancements to undergraduate placement experiences at South Tees.
