Leela Terry has been the biologics pharmacist and lead for rheumatology, dermatology and gastroenterology at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for 10 years.
Prior to this she was an Inflammatory Bowel Disease pharmacist. In 2016 she was a regional finalist for Southern England in the RPS I Love My Pharmacist competition.
Leela’s clinical experience has shaped her current role, providing support and guidance on all aspects of biologics use to clinicians and patients. She has also developed several biologic pathways, working closely with clinicians and commissioners to ensure the cost-effective use of biological medicines, whilst also maintaining patient-centred care.
