Highly Specialist Oncology Pharmacist, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust
Lilia is a highly specialist cancer pharmacist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Co-Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Sub-Committee at the British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA). Her work focuses on advancing health equity and improving cancer care for underserved populations, particularly people with a learning disability. She believes collaboration, inclusive service design and meaningful system change are essential if healthcare teams are to deliver the shared vision of health equity. Passionate about translating national cancer policy into everyday practice, she champions compassionate, inclusive consultations and practical improvements in oncology care, recognising these as the gateway to equitable cancer care.
