Senior Project Manager – South East London Pharmacy Homecare Transformation,
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust
Madeleine is Senior Project Manager for the South East London (SEL) Pharmacy Homecare Transformation. Working jointly with acute Trusts across SEL and SEL ICB, her role is to deliver a system-wide programme to modernise, harmonise and sustain pharmacy homecare services.
She is a clinical prescribing pharmacist by background, specialising in Gastroenterology and Dermatology, where she gained extensive experience as a healthcare professional user of pharmacy Homecare services.
Madeleine was the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellow 2024/25 hosted by the NHS Specialist Pharmacy Service (SPS). During her fellowship year she supported a number of national pharmacy initiatives, including the SPS Biosimilar and Key Generics programme and NHSE Inclusive Pharmacy Practice.
