
Mahmoud Khodadi
Mahmoud is the lead pharmacist at The Five Parks PCN, where he also leads their Primary Care based lipid optimization clinic. He also has a lead role in the Airedale Hospital lipid clinic as a pharmacist in Diabetes & Endocrinology, with a strong passion for pharmacist development beyond the "traditional model".
Mahmoud qualified as a pharmacist from the University of Bradford in 2010 and has used his position to build a strong team of pharmacists, specialising in long term conditions. In his role as Lead Pharmacist, Mahmoud works to integrate pharmacists into general practice and build portfolio careers, ensuring they are part of the multidisciplinary team and utilising their skillset around medications and treatment to become core to the long-term condition management of patients.
