Maja is a dynamic pharmacist and healthcare leader with over 20 years' experience across community and hospital pharmacy, NHS England, and the pharmaceutical industry. She brings a unique cross-sector perspective, underpinned by a strategic focus on aligning NHS and industry to improve patient outcomes and access to medicines. As part of the NHS England team during the COVID-19 pandemic, Maja contributed to the national effort to manage and mitigate medicines shortages. She is also Chair of the British Biosimilar Association, where she champions value-driven innovation and collaborative solutions. Her career reflects a deep commitment to breaking down silos and shaping partnerships that deliver sustainable, system-wide benefits for patients.
