Head of Market Access (UK), Qufora
Strategic pharmaceutical leader with 11+ years of cross-sector experience spanning clinical pharmacy, NHS commissioning, public health, academia, consultancy, and market access. Demonstrates expertise in aligning pharmaceutical innovation with NHS system priorities through market access strategy, policy engagement, and integrated care pathway design. Currently serves as Head of Market Access (UK) at Qufora, leading value-based access initiatives across multiple Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), including the implementation , formulary submissions, and stakeholder engagement with Medicines Optimisation teams, commissioners, and clinical leaders. Previously appointed Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Clinical Fellow at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), contributing to national programmes in antimicrobial stewardship, medicines governance, public health policy, and health inequalities. Led high-impact projects in support of the AMR 5-Year Action Plan and NHS inclusive pharmacy practice agenda. Academic portfolio includes Visiting Lecturer positions at University College London (UCL) and Aston University, delivering undergraduate teaching on medicines optimisation, NHS policy, and public health frameworks. Published researcher and editorial board member for the European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy as well as clinical auditor at HeliosX. Recognised as one of The Pharmaceutical Journal’s Women to Watch 2024, with a proven track record of national leadership, evidence generation, cross-functional collaboration, and system-wide service transformation.
