Megan has worked on Acute Care throughout her career over the last 8 years, completing rotations as a junior pharmacist and now as the lead pharmacist for Acute. Megan works closely with the Acute care MDT to ensure medicines reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and to ensure patients are receiving appropriate medicines based on their clinical condition upon admission to hospital. In 2023, Megan co-wrote an article 'How to perform accurate medicines reconciliation' which was number 4 in the most-read CPD & learning articles list from 2023 in the Pharmaceutical Journal.
