Melissa Cochrane is the Wellbeing Development Manager at the profession’s independent charity, Pharmacist Support. Melissa has an extensive background in psychotherapy, counselling and wellbeing and has led training sessions all over the world. She has undertaken specialist training in the application of neuroscience in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and stress disorders as well as additional training on the impact of food and nutrition on mental health. She has a keen interest in individual and workplace practices that contribute to mental health and wellbeing.
