With over 25 years of experience in the NHS, Debra has built a career as a clinical pharmacist, working across a range of acute hospital specialties including colorectal surgery, renal medicine, and transplant services. Three years ago, she transitioned into community services at MFT, where she worked as a lead pharmacist with the Community IV Team an developed expertise in medicines optimisation within the community setting. This experience paved the way for her current role as Principal Pharmacist for the Hospital at Home service, where she leads on medicines governance and has successfully established a dedicated clinical pharmacy team to support the service across Manchester.
