I lead Personal Homecare Pharmacy with a mission to enhance homecare services. My two passions: cutting-edge IT and empathetic patient care drive our company's success – ensuring a service that is both efficient and personal. A developer by trade and a healthcare advocate by calling, I've spent 15 years in pharmacy operations and 12 years at the helm of PHP – shaping a platform that's revolutionising patient order processing. Notable milestones: Orchestrated a strategic technological revamp amidst COVID – turning challenges into opportunities for growth Celebrated our first major pharmaceutical contract: a sign of our dedication to safety and quality Initiated the adoption of e-signature protocols within the NHS, setting a new standard for prescription processing across the sector. My leadership is founded on transparency and the nurturing ethos of a family-led enterprise. I believe in a collaborative, problem-solving approach – valuing the collective wisdom of our dedicated team. Using my proficiency in web-based systems, I have contributed to the design and implementation of home delivery workflow systems and processes. This not only ensures the seamless delivery of healthcare services but also facilitates the integration of modern solutions into the traditional healthcare landscape. Away from the office, you'll find me voicing my opinions at the NCHA, having a good workout, enjoying family life, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen – a passion of mine.
