Naomi Finch is a community pharmacy clinical lead in Kent and Medway ICB and has worked as a pharmacy technician in a range of healthcare settings over the last 13 years, alongside being a project manager and commissioner in the wider system. Naomi is a member of NHS England Chief Pharmaceutical Officer’s Professional Advisory Forum for Pharmacy Technicians and is passionate about maximising the opportunity for registered pharmacy technicians to support clinical service provision in community pharmacy now and in the future, in preparation for the upcoming changes to initial education and training for pharmacists to include independent prescribing. Alongside these roles, Naomi is undertaking a masters in healthcare leadership at University of Hull.
