Natalie is a senior academic (SFHEA) with over 10 years of experience of practicing pharmacy in the NHS across a range of medical and surgical specialities. Currently she is an Associate Head of School at Aston School of Pharmacy and Associate Dean for Professional and Postgraduate Programmes in the College of Health and Life Sciences at Aston University. She works to ensure the portfolio of pharmacy programmes reflect contemporary pharmacy practice. Recently she led the Professional Experiences Implementation Group in their collaboration with stakeholders to expand pharmacy placements for which the group won a CATE (Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence).
