Neveen Sorial is a senior pharmacy leader with over 20 years’ experience across acute care, commissioning and system leadership within the NHS. Working across NHS Sussex, she has led major programmes to improve medicines optimisation, reduce medicines related harm and transform pharmacy services across organisational boundaries. She is recognised for building collaborative, high performing teams and for leading the Sussex Institute of Medicines Education and Research in partnership with the University of Brighton. Neveen brings deep expertise in clinical governance and system wide assurance, driven by a clear personal vision to improve medicines use and pharmacy practice by empowering professionals and delivering safer, more effective care.
