Niamh McMillan is the Superintendent Pharmacist at Superdrug, also serving as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Nominated Individual and Responsible Person. Niamh plays a pivotal role in ensuring clinical governance and regulatory compliance across Superdrug’s pharmacy and nurse operations. She sits on Superdrug’s Doing Good Feels Super Steering Committee, driving sustainability and wellbeing initiatives. Beyond her role at Superdrug, Niamh is a Community Pharmacy England Committee Member and a Director at the Company Chemists’ Association, where she champions the interests of community pharmacy and advocates for patient-centred care across the sector.
