Ojali Yusuff is a Primary Care Network Pharmacist and Integrated Care Pharmacist in the East Midlands. Ojali is also one of two Primary Care Racial Equity and Diversity Co-Lead Associates in the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS, bringing an intersectional lens to workforce-related issues and priorities. She is also the EDI Vice Chair of the Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists. Ojali believes that leadership structures should represent the people they serve and lead. She is passionate about seeing diversity in leadership structures, diversity in beliefs, culture, and lived experiences.
