Pallavi works in the Primary Care Group at NHS England and is responsible for leading the Clinical Strategy for Community Pharmacy. Alongside this, she works as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in North West Leicestershire Primary Care Network. She joined the Primary Care Group as Pharmacy Integration Lead before moving on to Senior Policy Lead for the Pharmacy Integration team. Prior to this, Pallavi worked in the NHS England Midlands region as the Local Professional Network Chair for Leicestershire and more recently Northamptonshire . Early career started in Community Pharmacy working in relief, branch manager and district manager roles.
