Paula Wilson is a senior pharmacy leader with over 25 years’ experience across the NHS, consultancy, clinical practice and medicines optimisation. She is Associate Director of Pharmacy – Partnerships at NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit, deputising for the Director of Pharmacy and providing assurance on strategy, quality, finance and risk. An Independent Prescriber and PRINCE2 trained programme leader, she has led complex transformation and service redesign at local, regional and national level, with a focus on governance, patient safety and reducing health inequalities.
